Barbara - Looks like a great cape... Nicely done... Where in Phippsburg is this? Just curious..

Hi Robert!  Thanks for stopping by!  If you're headed into Phippsburg, turn right towards Sebasco Harbor Resort instead of staying straight towards Popham Beach.  Soooo....looking for a vacation home?  ;)

Barbara - Nope. Who has time for vacations...lol  More like a permanent residence...lol  So this is overlooking Sebasco Bay?

Posted by Robert Hammerstein (Coldwell Banker) about 1 month ago

Nope...not Sebasco Bay.  It's in the West Point village and overlooks Carrying Place Cove and out to the ocean. Sebasco Harbor is a little farther down  217.  Come on up!
